Why Isn’t My Custom Domain Working?

Each of your proposals receive a unique URL that identifies it and the prospect you’re sending it to. Chances are, your custom domain is working just fine and will show up for the prospect view.

To verify that it is setup correctly, do the following:

  • Login to your account
  • Select a proposal
  • Ensure that it is Published
  • Click Share Proposal
  • Click the blue link next to a prospect’s name
  • Open that link in a browser window
